Fried Shrimp Cake with Cheese 水牛芝士蝦餅


Shrimp (medium size) 500g

Pork fat 40g (optional)

Spring onion (diced) 1 sprig

Cheese (Striped) 2 sheet



Salt 1/2 tsp

Plain flour 1 tsp

Egg white 1 no

Pepper dash some

Cooking Steps:

  • Shell and devein shrimps, clean with salt. Rinse shrimps under running water for 15 minutes and pat dry.

  • Mash pork fat. Mash shrimps with chopper. Mix with seasoning and diced spring onion, then shape into small round cakes. Squeeze it, put in cheese and roll it up.

  • Heat wok/fry pan with 3 tbsps of oil. Fry shrimp cakes with medium heat until both sides turn golden brown. Serve.
