Ingredients:
Osmanthus some
Rock Sugar 40g
Konjac powder 10g
Water 200ml.

Steps:

Put Osmantus into hot water for 4-5 minutes. Remove osmantus and add rock sugar over medium heat.

Add konjac powder, stir until all dissolved.

Put solution into mold, add osmantus petals as needed.

Chill in fridge until it set.
