Ingredients:

Osmanthus                          some

Rock Sugar                            40g

Konjac powder                        10g

Water                                 200ml.

Steps:

  • Put Osmantus into hot water for 4-5 minutes.  Remove osmantus and add rock sugar over medium heat.

  • Add konjac powder, stir until all dissolved. 

  • Put solution into mold, add osmantus petals as needed.

  • Chill in fridge until it set.
