Pan-fried Goose Liver with Longan and Mango 香煎鵝肝


100g goose liver
2 teaspoons plain flour

1 teaspoon salt

Some black pepper dash
6pcs longan

3 mango slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple wine
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Cooking Steps:

  • Remove skin and seed for longan. Mash mango slice. Transfer to a serving plate.

  • Prepare the goose liver into 10mm thick each, seasoned with salt and pepper, slightly covered with flour.

  • Pan-fry the liver till golden. Prepare sauce with apple wine and balsamic vinegar. Add sauce to goose liver.

  • Remove and serve hot.
