Grilled Spare Ribs 香醋燒排骨



Spare Ribs                    450 g

Salt                                1 tsp

Mashed Garlic              1 tsp

Miso                              1 tsp

Tomato Ketchup          1 tbsp

Pepper Dash                 some

Balsamic Vinegar         2 tsps

Maltose                         1 tbsp

Cooking Steps:

  • Blanch spare ribs one minute and leave dry. Marinate with salt, mashed garlic, pepper, ketchup and miso for 1 hour minimum.

  • Prepare solution by mixing balsamic vinegar with maltose.

  • Set grill or halo-cooker temperature at 250C. Grill for 6 minutes one side, apply solution to ribs surface and grill for 2 minutes. Turn back, apply solution and grill for 8 minutes until golden brown. (exact timing depends on level setting.
