Crispy Grilled Chicken 蒜香脆皮燒雞
Ingredients:
Chicken Legs and Wings 2 pairs
Curry Powder 2 tsps
Mashed Garlic 2 tsps
Salt 2 tsps
Sugar 1 tsp
Ginger Juice 1 tsp
White Vinegar 2 tsps
Maltose 1 tbsp
Cooking Steps:

Marinate chicken legs and wings with curry powder, salt, mashed garlic, sugar and ginger juice for 1 hour minimum. Blanch two minutes and leave dry.

Prepare solution by mixing white vinegar with maltose. Apply solution to chicken skin completely and leave dry.

Set grill or halo-cooker temperature at 250C. Grill for 8 minutes one side, and 8 minutes another side until golden brown. (exact timing depends on level setting)
