Grilled Portobello with Foie Gras and Mozzarella



Portobello                       5-6 pcs

Foie Gras Sausage         2 pcs

Butter                              some

Shallot                             3 pcs

Salt                                  1/2 tsp

Sugar                              1 tsp

Mozzarella cheese          5-6 pcs

Cooking Steps:

  • Dice sausage and fry with sliced shallot in medium heat.

  • Set grill or halo-cooker temperature at 250C. Brush butter on portobello. Stuff sausage and grill for 6 minutes.

  • Put mozzarella cheese on top and grill for another 2 minutes.
