Grilled Portobello with Foie Gras and Mozzarella
芝士鵝肝腸焗釀大磨菇
Ingredients:
Portobello 5-6 pcs
Foie Gras Sausage 2 pcs
Butter some
Shallot 3 pcs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 5-6 pcs
Cooking Steps:

Dice sausage and fry with sliced shallot in medium heat.

Set grill or halo-cooker temperature at 250C. Brush butter on portobello. Stuff sausage and grill for 6 minutes.

Put mozzarella cheese on top and grill for another 2 minutes.
