Orange Chocolate 軟身香橙黑朱古力
Ingredients:
Cocoa Powder 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
All-purpose flour 50 g
Milk (optional) 50 ml
Grated orange rind 1 tsp
Fresh orange juice 50 ml
Cooking Steps:

Place butter in a small saucepan with medium heat. Add sugar, sieve in flour stirring with a whisk until melted and blended.

Remove from heat, sieve in cocoa powder and blend. Stir in juice and rind. Add milk if needed.

Put in molds and keep in fridge for 1 hour. Ready to serve.

**In some countries, people may use hydrogenated vegetable oil instead of butter.
