Orange Chocolate 軟身香橙黑朱古力


Cocoa Powder                 100 g

Sugar                               100 g

Butter                              100 g

All-purpose flour           50 g

Milk (optional)               50 ml

Grated orange rind       1 tsp

Fresh orange juice         50 ml

Cooking Steps:

  • Place butter in a small saucepan with medium heat. Add sugar, sieve in flour stirring with a whisk until melted and blended.

  • Remove from heat, sieve in cocoa powder and blend. Stir in juice and rind. Add milk if needed.

  • Put in molds and keep in fridge for 1 hour. Ready to serve.

  • **In some countries, people may use hydrogenated vegetable oil instead of  butter.
